To generate AI videos with OpenAI, use Sora, OpenAI's video-generation system. Sora can create videos from text prompts and, in some cases, from images.
  1. Go to the Sora.com video creation interface (sora.chatgpt.com).
  2. Click Create or the + button.
  3. Enter a prompt describing the video you want.
  4. Choose options such as:
    • Duration
    • Aspect ratio (e.g., 16:9)
    • Resolution (depending on your subscription)
  5. Generate the video and download it when it's finished.
For playback, use youtube.
If you can do without sync'ed audio, use native HTML5 video .swf to HTML5 conversion, works with video conversion too
